I absolutely love when couples start emails off with….”so this might be a crazy idea but we were wondering if…” because it almost always leads to an idea that makes a wedding day so much more magical and special. Kit and Jacq sent an email like that a few weeks before their wedding and wnated to know if we could do a little bit of couples boudoir before they got dressed together for their wedding day and my answer was a quick and excited YES! Or it might have been YAAASSS actually! Spending this time with them felt both intentional in centering them and their love for each other but also so organic and natural. And honestly, I was so into it. I wanted to share these separate of their wedding day mostly because there are so many of them that I loved that it made their wedding blog post feel really long! Oops! And if you are a couple planning a wedding and have an idea that might sound crazy or wild or different or unexpected, do it! Do things that feel like the wedding you want to have.
